Commission & Contact Form

I truly enjoy the creative aspects and relationship building aspects commissioned work brings.  I am currently accepting applications for commissions until I book up at the end of the year.

Here is a simple guide to my commissions process as well as some design tips.  Please reach out if you have additional questions, I'm happy to help.

  1. Start with location-where you envision the piece. While art doesn't have to match the sofa or rug, it is important to pick the right size for the space. If you need help visualizing sizes try taping paper to the wall at approximately eye level, continuously adding paper outward and up/downward until you're happy with it. Measure the length and width and include them when reaching out. I cut every piece of art custom and can work with any size.

  2. If you have a specific design idea-awesome! If not, that's ok too! It can help to look at my previous work portfolio or my instagram for inspiration. I can also expand on any conceptual attributes you're interested in like subject matter (wildlife, natural elements, abstract) or even just colors you would prefer (“I want something with gold and blue”).

  3. The Scope of Work (SOW) document details the entire piece including color swatches, final sketches/proofs, prices and payment, shipping/delivery, and the timeline as well as other details. Typically once the SOW is sent the concept is nailed down but changes can still be made prior to the collector's signing and before the initial payment is made.

  4. Work begins once the SOW is signed by the collector and artist and the initial deposit is received. Communication is important, so I will send updates as I navigate the creative process.

  5. Completion & delivery-Final payment is made when the piece ships or delivery is scheduled.  Shipments are carefully packaged, documented and insured.

Thanks for submitting!
